وَ الشَّمۡسِ وَ ضُحٰہَا ۪ۙ﴿۱﴾

I CALL TO witness the sun and his early morning splendour,

— Ahmedali

By oath of the sun and its light

— Ahmedraza

By the sun and his morning bright-ness,

— Daryabadi

And by the sun and its brightness;

— Hilali

By the sun and its radiance.

— Itani

By the sun and its heat and brightness,

— Maududi

By the sun and Duhaha.

— Mubarakpuri

By the sun and his brightness,

— Pickthall

By the sun and its midmorning,

— Qaribullah

By the sun and its brightness

— Sahih

I swear by the sun and its brilliance,

— Shakir

By the sun and its rising brightness

— Wahiduddin

By the Sun and his (glorious) splendour;

قسم ہے آفتاب اور اس کی روشنی کی

and by the moon as it follows it;

By the moon as it Talaha.

And the moon when she followeth him,

by the moon, which follows it,

And [by] the moon when it follows it

And the moon when it follows the sun,

By the Moon as she follows him;

And by the day as it shows up (the sun's) brightness;

And the day as it reveals it.

and by the day as it displays the sun's glory,

By the day as it Jallaha.

— Mubarakpuri

And the day when it revealeth him,

— Pickthall

by the day, when it displays it,

— Qaribullah

And [by] the day when it displays it

— Sahih

And the day when it shows it,

— Shakir

and by the day as it reveals its glory

— Wahiduddin

By the Day as it shows up (the Sun's) glory;

اور دن کی جب وہ آفتاب کو خوب روشن کردے

And the night as it conceals it.

and by the night as it envelopes the sun;

By the night as it Yaghshaha.

And the night when it enshroudeth him,

— Pickthall

by the night, when it envelops it!

And [by] the night when it covers it

And the night when it draws a veil over it,

and by the night when it draws a veil over it,

By the Night as it conceals it;

The heavens and its architecture,

And by oath of the heaven and by oath of Him Who made it.

By the heaven and Him Who builded it,

— Daryabadi

And by the heaven and Him Who built it;

— Hilali

And the sky and He who built it.

— Itani

and by the sky and by Him Who made it;

— Maududi

By the heaven and Ma Banaha.

— Mubarakpuri

And the heaven and Him Who built it,

— Pickthall

By the heaven and Who built it,

— Qaribullah

And [by] the sky and He who constructed it

— Sahih

And the heaven and Him Who made it,

by the sky and how He built it

By the Firmament and its (wonderful) structure;

اور آسمان کی اور اس کی جس نے اسے بنایا

By the earth and Him Who spread it forth,

— Daryabadi

And by the earth and Him Who spread it,

— Hilali

And the earth and He who spread it.

— Itani

and by the earth and by Him Who stretched it out;

— Maududi

By the earth and Ma Tahhaha.

— Mubarakpuri

And the earth and Him Who spread it,

— Pickthall

by the earth and Who spread it,

— Qaribullah

And [by] the earth and He who spread it

— Sahih

And the earth and Him Who extended it,

— Shakir

and by the earth and how He spread it,

— Wahiduddin

By the Earth and its (wide) expanse:

— Yusufali

اور زمین کی اور اس کی جس نے اسے بچھایا

اور زمین کی اور اس ذات کی جس نے اسے بچھایا

اور زمین کی اور اس ذات کی جس نے اسے بچھایا !

The soul and how it was integrated

And by oath of the soul and by oath of Him Who made it proper.

— Ahmedraza

By the soul and Him Who propertioned it,

— Daryabadi

And by Nafs (Adam or a person or a soul, etc.), and Him Who perfected him in proportion;

— Hilali

And the soul and He who proportioned it.

— Itani

and by the soul and by Him Who perfectly proportioned it,

— Maududi

By Nafs, and Ma Sawwaha (Who apportioned it).

— Mubarakpuri

And a soul and Him Who perfected it

— Pickthall

by the soul and Who shaped it

— Qaribullah

And [by] the soul and He who proportioned it

— Sahih

And the soul and Him Who made it perfect,

— Shakir

by the soul and how He formed it,

— Wahiduddin

By the Soul, and the proportion and order given to it;

اور جان کی اور اس کی جس نے اسے درست بنایا۔

اور جان کی اور اس ذات کی جس نے اسے ٹھیک کرکے بنایا

اور نفس کی اور اس ذات کی جس نے اسے ٹھیک بنایا !

By the soul, and That which shaped it

by the soul and Him who fashioned it,

and by the soul and that (Power) which designed it

فَاَلۡہَمَہَا فُجُوۡرَہَا وَ تَقۡوٰٮہَا ۪ۙ﴿۸﴾

And given the faculty of knowing what is disruptive and what is intrinsic to it.

— Ahmedali

And inspired in it the knowledge of its sins and its piety.

— Ahmedraza

And inspired it with the wickedness thereof and the piety thereof,

— Daryabadi

Then He showed him what is wrong for him and what is right for him;

— Hilali

And inspired it with its wickedness and its righteousness.

— Itani

and imbued it with (the consciousness of) its evil and its piety:

— Maududi

Then He showed it its Fujur and its Taqwa.

— Mubarakpuri

And inspired it (with conscience of) what is wrong for it and (what is) right for it.

— Pickthall

and inspired it with its sin and its piety,

— Qaribullah

And inspired it [with discernment of] its wickedness and its righteousness,

— Sahih

Then He inspired it to understand what is right and wrong for it;

— Shakir

then inspired it to understand what was right and wrong for it.

— Wahiduddin

And its enlightenment as to its wrong and its right;-

— Yusufali

پھر اس کی بدکرداری اور اس کی پرہیزگاری (دونوں) کا اسے القاء کیا۔

پھر اس کی بدکرداری اور اس کی پرہیزگاری اسے الہام کردی

پھر اس کی نافرمانی اور اس کی پرہیزگاری (کی پہچان) اس کے دل میں ڈال دی۔

پھر اس کی بدکاری اور اس کی پرہیزگاری دل میں ڈالی

پس اس کو سمجھ دی اس کی بدی اور نیکی کی

پھر اس کو بدکاری (سے بچنے) اور پرہیزگاری کرنے کی سمجھ دی

پھر اس کے دل میں وہ بات بھی ڈال دی جو اس کے لیے بدکاری کی ہے، اور وہ بھی جو اس کے لیے پرہیزگاری کی ہے۔

پھر اُس کی بدی اور اُس کی پرہیز گاری اس پر الہام کر دی

پھر اس نے اسے اس کی بدکاری اور پرہیزگاری (کی تمیز) سمجھا دی،

and inspired it to lewdness and godfearing!

and inspired it with [discernment between] its virtues and vices:

— Qarai

and inspired it with knowledge of evil and piety,

— Sarwar

قَدۡ اَفۡلَحَ مَنۡ زَکّٰٮہَا ۪ۙ﴿۹﴾

He who nourishes it will surely be successful,

— Ahmedali

Indeed successful is the one who made it pure.

— Ahmedraza

Surely blissful is he who hath cleansed, it,

— Daryabadi

Indeed he succeeds who purifies his ownself (i.e. obeys and performs all that Allah ordered, by following the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism and by doing righteous good deeds).

— Hilali

Successful is he who purifies it.

— Itani

He who purifies it will prosper,

— Maududi

Indeed he succeeds who purifies it.

— Mubarakpuri

He is indeed successful who causeth it to grow,

— Pickthall

prosperous is he who purified it,

— Qaribullah

He has succeeded who purifies it,

— Sahih

He will indeed be successful who purifies it,

— Shakir

He who purifies it will indeed be successful,

— Wahiduddin

Truly he succeeds that purifies it,

— Yusufali

کہ وہ یقیناً بامراد ہوگیا جس نے اپنی جان کو پاک کرلیا

کہ کامیاب وہ شخص ہوا جس نے نفس کو سنوار لیا

— عبدالرحمٰن کیلانی

` یقینا وہ کامیاب ہوگیا جس نے اسے پاک کرلیا۔

بیشک مراد کو پہنچایا جس نے اسے ستھرا کیا

کامیاب ہوا جس نے اس کو پاک کیا

یقینا کامیاب ہوگیا جس نے اس (نفس) کو پاک کرلیا۔

کہ جس نے (اپنے) نفس (یعنی روح) کو پاک رکھا وہ مراد کو پہنچا

جس نے اسے پاک کیا وه کامیاب ہوا

فلاح اسے ملے گی جو اس نفس کو پاکیزہ بنائے۔

یقیناً فلاح پا گیا وہ جس نے نفس کا تزکیہ کیا

بیشک وہ شخص فلاح پا گیا جس نے اس (نفس) کو (رذائل سے) پاک کر لیا (اور اس میں نیکی کی نشو و نما کی)،

Prosperous is he who purifies it,

— Arberry

one who purifies it is felicitous,

— Qarai

those who purify their souls will certainly have everlasting happiness

— Sarwar

وَ قَدۡ خَابَ مَنۡ دَسّٰٮہَا ﴿ؕ۱۰﴾

And he who confines it will surely come to grief.

— Ahmedali

And indeed failed is the one who covered it in sin.

— Ahmedraza

And miserable is he who hath buried it.

— Daryabadi

And indeed he fails who corrupts his ownself (i.e. disobeys what Allah has ordered by rejecting the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism or by following polytheism, etc. or by doing every kind of evil wicked deeds).

— Hilali

Failing is he who corrupts it.

— Itani

and he who suppresses it will be ruined.

— Maududi

And indeed he fails who Dassaha.

— Mubarakpuri

And he is indeed a failure who stunteth it.

— Pickthall

and failed is he who buried it!

— Qaribullah

And he has failed who instills it [with corruption].

— Sahih

And he will indeed fail who corrupts it.

— Shakir

and he who corrupts it is sure to fail.

— Wahiduddin

And he fails that corrupts it!

— Yusufali

اور وہ یقیناً نامراد ہوا جس نے اس کو دبا دیا۔

— عبدالماجد دریابادی

اور وہ نامراد ہوگا جس نے اسے خاک آلود رکھا

— عبدالرحمٰن کیلانی

اور یقینا وہ نامراد ہوگیا جس نے اسے مٹی میں دبا دیا۔

اور نامراد ہوا جس نے اسے معصیت میں چھپایا،

— احمد رضا خان

اور نامراد ہوا جس نے اس کو آگاہ کیا

— امین احسن اصلاحی

اور ناکام ہوگیا جس نے اسے مٹی میں دفن کردیا۔

اور جس نے اسے خاک میں ملایا وہ خسارے میں رہا

— فتح محمد جالندھری

اور جس نے اسے خاک میں ملا دیا وه ناکام ہوا

اور نامراد وہ ہوگا جو اس کو (گناہ میں) دھنسا دے۔

اور نامراد ہوا وہ جس نے اُس کو دبا دیا

اور بیشک وہ شخص نامراد ہوگیا جس نے اسے (گناہوں میں) ملوث کر لیا (اور نیکی کو دبا دیا)،

and failed has he who seduces it.

— Arberry

and one who betrays it fails.

— Qarai

and those who corrupt their souls will certainly be deprived (of happiness).

— Sarwar

کَذَّبَتۡ ثَمُوۡدُ بِطَغۡوٰٮہَاۤ ﴿۪ۙ۱۱﴾

The Thamud denied (the truth) in their perverseness

— Ahmedali

The tribe of Thamud denied with rebellion.

— Ahmedraza

Thamud belied in their exorbitance.

— Daryabadi

Thamud (people) denied (their Prophet) through their transgression (by rejecting the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism, and by following polytheism, and by committing every kind of sin).

— Hilali

Thamood denied in its pride.

— Itani

In their presumptuous insolence the Thamud called the Truth a lie

— Maududi

Thamud denied through their trans- gression.

— Mubarakpuri

(The tribe of) Thamud denied (the truth) in their rebellious pride,

— Pickthall

Thamood belied in their pride

— Qaribullah

Thamud denied [their prophet] by reason of their transgression,

— Sahih

Samood gave the lie (to the truth) in their inordinacy,

— Shakir

The Thamud tribe rejected the truth because of their arrogance,

— Wahiduddin

The Thamud (people) rejected (their prophet) through their inordinate wrong-doing,

— Yusufali

قوم ثمود نے اپنی سرکشی کی بنا پر تکذیب کی

— عبدالماجد دریابادی

ثمود نے اپنی سرکشی کی بنا پر (حق کو) جھٹلایا

— عبدالرحمٰن کیلانی

(قوم) ثمود نے اپنی سرکشی کی وجہ سے جھٹلا دیا۔

ثمود نے اپنی سرکشی سے جھٹلایا

ثمود نے جھلایا اپنی سر کشی کے باعث۔

قومِ ثمود نے بھی جھٹلایا تھا اپنی سرکشی کے باعث۔

ثمود نے اپنی سرکشی کی بنا پر جھٹلایا

ثمود نے اپنی سرکشی کے باعث (اپنے پیغمبر صالح علیہ السلام کو) جھٹلایا،

Thamood cried lies in their insolence

— Arberry

The [people of] Thamud denied [Allah’s signs] out of their rebellion,

— Qarai

The people of Thamud rejected (the truth) as a result of their rebelliousness

— Sarwar

اِذِ انۡۢبَعَثَ اَشۡقٰہَا ﴿۪ۙ۱۲﴾

When among them the great wretch arose,

— Ahmedali

When the most wicked among them stood up in defiance.

— Ahmedraza

What time the greatest wretch of them rose up.

— Daryabadi

When the most wicked man among them went forth (to kill the she-camel).

— Hilali

When it followed its most wicked.

— Itani

when their arch-criminal rose up in rage.

— Maududi

When their most wicked went forth.

— Mubarakpuri

When the basest of them broke forth

— Pickthall

when the most wicked of them broke forth,

— Qaribullah

When the most wretched of them was sent forth.

— Sahih

When the most unfortunate of them broke forth with

— Shakir

when the most wicked man among them rose up.

— Wahiduddin

Behold, the most wicked man among them was deputed (for impiety).

— Yusufali

جب کہ اس (قوم) کا سب سے بڑا بدبخت اٹھ کھڑا ہوا۔

جب اُس قوم کا سب سے زیادہ شقی آدمی بپھر کر اٹھا

جبکہ ان میں سے ایک بڑا بد بخت اٹھا،

when the most wretched of them uprose,

when the most wretched of them rose up.

— Qarai

when the most corrupt of them incited them (to commit evil).

— Sarwar

فَقَالَ لَہُمۡ رَسُوۡلُ اللّٰہِ نَاقَۃَ اللّٰہِ وَ سُقۡیٰہَا ﴿ؕ۱۳﴾

And the apostle of God had to tell them: "This is God's she-camel, let her drink."

— Ahmedali

So the Noble Messenger of Allah said to them, “Stay away from the she camel of Allah, and from its turn to drink.”

— Ahmedraza

Then the apostle of Allah said Unto them: beware of the she-camel of Allah and her drink.

— Daryabadi

But the Messenger of Allah [Salih (Saleh)] said to them: "Be cautious! Fear the evil end. That is the she-camel of Allah! (Do not harm it) and bar it not from having its drink!"

— Hilali

The messenger of God said to them, “This is the she-camel of God, so let her drink.”

— Itani

Then Allah's Messenger warned them: “Hands off the she-camel and her drink!”

— Maududi

But the Messenger of Allah said to them: "Be cautious! That is the she-camel of Allah! (Do not harm it) and (bar it not from having) its drink!"

— Mubarakpuri

And the messenger of Allah said: It is the she-camel of Allah, so let her drink!

— Pickthall

the Messenger of Allah said to them: '(This is) the shecamel of Allah, let her drink'

— Qaribullah

And the messenger of Allah [Salih] said to them, "[Do not harm] the she-camel of Allah or [prevent her from] her drink."

— Sahih

So Allah's apostle said to them (Leave alone) Allah's she-camel, and (give) her (to) drink.

— Shakir

Then the messenger of God said to them, "This is God's she-camel. Let her drink."

— Wahiduddin

But the Messenger of Allah said to them: "It is a She-camel of Allah! And (bar her not from) having her drink!"

اور ان لوگوں سے اللہ کے رسول نے کہا کہ اللہ کی اونٹنی اور اس کے پانی پینے سے خبردار رہنا۔

تو اللہ کے رسول نے انہیں کہا : اللہ کی اونٹنی اور اس کے پانی پینے کی باری (کے معاملہ میں بچو)

تو ان سے اللہ کے رسول نے کہا اللہ کی اونٹنی اور اس کے پینے کی باری (کا خیال رکھو)۔

تو ان سے اللہ کے رسول نے فرمایا اللہ کے ناقہ اور اس کی پینے کی باری سے بچو

تو اللہ کے رسول نے آگاہ کیا کہ اللہ کی اونٹنی اور اس کے پینے کی باری سے خبر دار !

تو اللہ کے رسول نے ان سے کہا کہ (خبردار !) یہ اللہ کی اونٹنی ہے اور یہ اس کے پانی پینے کا دن ہے۔

تو خدا کے پیغمبر (صالح) نے ان سے کہا کہ خدا کی اونٹنی اور اس کے پانی پینے کی باری سے عذر کرو

انہیں اللہ کے رسول نے فرما دیا تھا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی اونٹنی اور اس کے پینے کی باری کی (حفاﻇت کرو)

تو اللہ کے پیغمبر نے ان سے کہا کہ : خبردار ! اللہ کی اونٹنی کا اور اس کے پانی پینے کا پورا خیال رکھنا۔

تو اللہ کے رسول نے اُن لوگوں سے کہا کہ خبردار، اللہ کی اونٹنی کو (ہاتھ نہ لگانا) اوراُس کے پانی پینے (میں مانع نہ ہونا)

ان سے اﷲ کے رسول نے فرمایا: اﷲ کی (اس) اونٹنی اور اس کو پانی پلانے (کے دن) کی حفاظت کرنا،

then the Messenger of God said to them, 'The She-camel of God; let her drink!'

The apostle of Allah had told them, ‘This is Allah’s she-camel, let her drink!’

— Qarai

The Messenger of God told them, "This is a she-camel, belonging to God. Do not deprive her of her share of water".

— Sarwar

فَکَذَّبُوۡہُ فَعَقَرُوۡہَا ۪۬ۙ فَدَمۡدَمَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ رَبُّہُمۡ بِذَنۡۢبِہِمۡ فَسَوّٰٮہَا ﴿۪ۙ۱۴﴾

But they called him a liar and hamstrung her. So God obliterated them for their crime, and (destroyed) all of them alike.

In response they belied him, and hamstrung the she camel – so Allah put ruin over them because of their sins and flattened their dwellings.

— Ahmedraza

Then they belied him, and they hamstrung her; wherefore their Lord overwhelmed them for their crime, and made it equal.

— Daryabadi

Then they denied him and they killed it. So their Lord destroyed them because of their sin, and made them equal in destruction (i.e. all grades of people, rich and poor, strong and weak, etc.)!

— Hilali

But they called him a liar, and hamstrung her. So their Lord crushed them for their sin, and leveled it.

— Itani

But they rejected his statement as a lie and hamstrung the she-camel. For that crime their Lord rumbled down upon them, utterly razing them to the ground.

— Maududi

Then they denied him and they killed it. So their Lord destroyed them because of their sin, Fasawwaha!

— Mubarakpuri

But they denied him, and they hamstrung her, so Allah doomed them for their sin and rased (their dwellings).

— Pickthall

But they belied him, and hamstrung her. So their Lord crushed them for their sin and leveled it (their village).

— Qaribullah

But they denied him and hamstrung her. So their Lord brought down upon them destruction for their sin and made it equal [upon all of them].

— Sahih

But they called him a liar and slaughtered her, therefore their Lord crushed them for their sin and levelled them (with the ground).

— Shakir

But they gave him the lie, and hamstrung the she-camel. So their Lord destroyed them for their crime and razed their city to the ground.

— Wahiduddin

Then they rejected him (as a false prophet), and they hamstrung her. So their Lord, on account of their crime, obliterated their traces and made them equal (in destruction, high and low)!

— Yusufali

پر انہوں نے پیغمبر ہی کو جھٹلایا اور اس اونٹنی کو مار ڈالا تو ان کے پروردگار نے ان پر ان کے گناہ کے سبب ہلاکت نازل کی پھر اسے عام کردیا

لیکن انہوں نے رسول کو جھٹلایا اور اونٹنی کی کونچیں کاٹ ڈالیں تو ان کے پروردگار نے ان کے گناہ کی پاداش میں ایسی آفت نازل کی کہ انہیں زمین بوس کرکے برابر کردیا۔

تو انھوں نے اسے جھٹلا دیا، پس اس (اونٹنی) کی کونچیں کاٹ دیں، تو ان کے رب نے انھیں ان کے گناہ کی وجہ سے پیس کر ہلاک کردیا، پھر اس (بستی) کو برابر کردیا۔

تو انہوں نے اسے جھٹلایا پھر ناقہ کی کوچیں کاٹ دیں تو ان پر ان کے رب نے ان کے گناہ کے سبب تباہی ڈال کر وہ بستی برابر کردی

تو انہوں نے اس کو جھٹلایا اور اونٹنی کی کوچیں کاٹ دیں تو اللہ نے ان کے گناہ کی پاداش میں ان پر اپنا عذاب الٹ دیا اور ان کا ستھرائوکر دیا

تو انہوں نے اس کو جھٹلا دیا اور اونٹنی کی کونچیں کاٹ دیں۔ تو الٹ دیا ان پر عذاب ان کے رب نے ان کے گناہ کی پاداش میں اور سب کو برابر کردیا۔

مگر انہوں نے پیغمبر کو جھٹلایا اور اونٹنی کی کونچیں کاٹ دیں تو خدا نے ان کےگناہ کے سبب ان پر عذاب نازل کیا اور سب کو (ہلاک کر کے) برابر کر دیا

ان لوگوں نے اپنے پیغمبر کو جھوٹا سمجھ کر اس اونٹنی کی کوچیں کاٹ دیں، پس ان کے رب نے ان کے گناہوں کے باعﺚ ان پر ہلاکت ڈالی اور پھر ہلاکت کو عام کر دیا اور اس بستی کو برابر کردیا

پھر بھی انہوں نے پیغبر کو جھٹلایا، اور اس اونٹنی کو مار ڈالا نتیجہ یہ کہ ان کے پروردگار نے ان کے گناہ کی وجہ سے ان کی اینٹ سے اینٹ بجا کر سب کو برابر کردیا۔

مگر انہوں نے اُس کی بات کو جھوٹا قرار دیا اور اونٹنی کو مار ڈالا آخرکار اُن کے گناہ کی پاداش میں ان کے رب نے ان پر ایسی آفت توڑی کہ ایک ساتھ سب کو پیوند خاک کر دیا

تو انہوں نے اس (رسول) کو جھٹلا دیا، پھر اس (اونٹنی) کی کونچیں کاٹ ڈالیں تو ان کے رب نے ان کے گناہ کی وجہ سے ان پر ہلاکت نازل کر دی، پھر (پوری) بستی کو (تباہ کر کے عذاب میں سب کو) برابر کر دیا،

But they cried him lies, and hamstrung her, so their Lord crushed them for their sin, and leveled them:

— Arberry

But they impugned him and hamstrung her. So their Lord took them unawares by night because of their sin, and levelled it.

— Qarai

However, they rejected him and slew her. So their Lord completely destroyed them and their city for their sins.

— Sarwar

وَ لَا یَخَافُ عُقۡبٰہَا ﴿٪۱۵﴾

He does not fear the consequence.

— Ahmedali

And He does not fear its coming behind (to take vengeance).

— Ahmedraza

And He feared not the consequence thereof

— Daryabadi

And He (Allah) feared not the consequences thereof.

— Hilali

And He does not fear its sequel.

— Itani

He has no fear of its sequel.

— Maududi

And He feared not the consequences thereof.

— Mubarakpuri

He dreadeth not the sequel (of events).

— Pickthall

He does not fear the result (of their destruction).

— Qaribullah

And He does not fear the consequence thereof.

— Sahih

And He fears not its consequence.

— Shakir

He did not fear the consequences.

— Wahiduddin

And for Him is no fear of its consequences.

— Yusufali

اور اس کے آخیر (نتیجہ) سے اسے کوئی اندیشہ نہیں پیدا ہوا۔

اور وہ ایسی تباہی کے انجام سے ڈرتا نہیں۔

اور وہ اس (سزا) کے انجام سے نہیں ڈرتا۔

اور اس کے پیچھا کرنے والے کا اسے خوف نہیں

اور وہ نہیں ڈرتا کہ اس کے پیچھے کیا ہوگا۔

اور وہ اس کے انجام سے نہیں ڈرتا۔

اور اللہ کو اس کے کسی برے انجام کا کوئی خوف نہیں ہے۔

اور اﷲ کو اس (ہلاکت) کے انجام کا کوئی خوف نہیں ہوتا،

and He fears not the issue thereof.

And He does not fear its outcome.

God is not afraid of the result of what He had decreed.
